Welcome to our practice. We are a friendly team whose aim is to look after you and the health needs of your family. We are based within Shotfield Health Centre and share the premises with community services and another practice.

We have put this website together to provide you with important information about the practice. We hope it will help you to make the most effective use of our services.

Outside these hours contact the normal surgery telephone number 020 8544 2355 and follow the recorded instructions.

Important Notice to All Patients:

There are changes to our appointment times with effect from 17th May 2010.

The practice will continue to provide patient services during extended hours Monday to Friday, with late appointments on a Monday and Wednesday and early appointments on a Tuesday and Thursday. However, please note that due to funding withdrawal locally we have had to make changes to our opening times and after 15th May we will no longer be offering routine appointments on a Saturday morning. We apologise for the need to take this action but we can only work within the resources available to us and with some of this being withdrawn from 01.04.10 we are no longer able to maintain all our extended hours.

We will continue to work with patients to offer services at times that suit the majority of patients and within the resources available to us. If you would like to comment on the times when you can access appointments or have any other comments about the services we offer please contact our Practice Manager.

Disabled Access

Ramp access is provided from the disabled drop off facility in the car park and from Jubilee Gardens to the main entrance. There is a DDA compliant lift accessible from the main entrance that goes to all 2nd and 3rd floor services.

If you experience any difficulty please ask a member of staff who will be pleased to help you. There is an intercom at the main entrance for you to contact reception on upper floors should you need to.

Parking

There is no on site parking available. There is a disabled drop off facility only in the car park behind Mint House which is accessed from Stanley Park Road.

There are, however, two large public car parks in Shotfield, one next to the library and one opposite the health centre.
